我们是上海的一家人力资源资源公司，现受某客户寻访相关人才。
公司简介：
该公司为知名美国独资电子元器件生产制造类企业，工作地点：深圳
职位描述级要求：
Responsibilities:
·Be responsible for design, simulation, verification, analysis, characterization and qualification of mixed signal ultra high-speed transceiver product
·Good understanding of control elements to achieve a “Good” signal
·Well known of the effect factors of electronic performance in the design
·Interface signal conditioning circuit design
·Know-how of testing procedure for TDR, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator.
·Work closely with product design engineer on new high-speed connector development (6G-12.5G range)

Qualification & Experience:
·Bachelors degree or above in electrical engineering, signal integrity, etc
·2-5 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment with multinational company
·Sound knowledge and technical skills of Analysis, verification and improve
·Excellent business and management skill
·Proficient in MS office, LAN protocols
·Able to clearly communicate using local language(mandarin) and English
·Self-motivate and Hard working
