Analog and／or RF IC Design Engineer

Job Description:
(1)    Design state-of-art analog/RF integrated circuit using most advanced CMOS process for consumer electrical product;
(2)    Evaluate circuit performance using instrument;
(3)    Volume production support for designs.
Qualifications:
(1)    MSEE or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, and Microwave Engineering with at least 2 years experience; excellent fresh candidate can also be considerable;
(2)    Strong analog background in transistor level;
(3)    At least one of follow block design experience: PA, LNA, Mixer, PLL, VCO, DCXO, Bandgap, LDO, ADC and DAC;
(4)    Familiar with at deep-micro CMOS process such as 55nm and below;
(5)    Experience with EDA tools for circuit simulation and layout such as Spectre, Hspice,  ADS, Goldengate;
(6)    Proficient with EM modeling;
(7)    Experience with high frequency equipment such as network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, high frequency signal source,logic analyzer;
(8)    Knowledge of communication standards (Cellular, WLAN, BT etc) is highly desirable.
(9)    Knowledge of mix signal design (familiar with VHDL, verilog, verilog-A) is a plus.
