Job Responsibilities: To provide back-end design support to the various business units, taking care of floorplanning, power structure, place and route, clock tree synthesis, timing closure, power/signal integrity signoff, physical verification. In order to ensure successful tapeout, active participation in working with frontend and integration team is required.

Job Requirements:
1.        Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of hands-on experience in EDA(Electronic design automation), Back-end physical design and verification.
2.        Familiar with hierarchical physical design strategies, methodologies and deep sub-micron technology issues.
3.        Familiar with back-end physical design flow, mainly floorplanning, congestion analysis, placement optimization, clock-tree synthesis and timing closure.
4.        Proficient in programming/scripting with good coding experience in TCL/TK/Perl/Python.
5.        Possesses good working ethic, good verbal and written communication skills.

   这样的话，要有机会拿绿卡甚至移民什么的就好了

有机会的，不过现在比较难，直接从国内过去做工程师的话，要至少熬个五六年吧。
