who desgn fluxLink or use cmos Digital Isolators for pwm system , like flyback ..

flyback need pc817 tl431 ..
some design use primary side control , but have many problem on burst mode . light load ..
dynamic response issue ..
how about this

找到两类

1. on-chip cap isolator

2. chip-chip 间 ac couple 或是透过 bonding wire 沟通
多数 1G ~12G Hz .

不过 CHIP 间真的是isolator 但须要沟通 3D IC 使用方式
