职位描述:

Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for the design of analog/RF circuit design and simulation; Supervise layout and self layout; Support test engineer with chip debugging.

2、Define functional and performance requirements of analog/RF IC blocks with design team.



Qualifications:

1、A Master degree in EE with a minimum of 3 years experience or a BSEE with a minimum of 5 years experience in analog/RF IC design.

2、Clear understanding semiconductor process and devices, familiar with CAD tools.

3、Familiar with basic analog circuits, including OPAMP , Bandgap, Current source reference, Comparator, etc.

4、Experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred: ADC/DAC, DC-DC, LNA, Mixer, Filter, Oscillator, PLL, etc.

5、Good communication and team working skills.

2、定义模拟/射频模块的功能和性能参数。



招聘要求：

1、获得电子/电气工程专业硕士学位，至少3年模拟/射频电路设计经验 ；或电子/电气工程专业本科，至少5年模拟/射频电路设计经验 。

2、理解半导体工艺和器件原理，熟悉CAD设计工具。

3、熟悉基本模拟电路设计，包括OPAMP , Bandgap, Current source reference, Comparator等等.

4、具有以下一个或多个模块的设计经验：ADC/DAC, DC-DC, LNA, Mixer, Filter, Oscillator, PLL等等.

5、具有优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
