Candidate will be manager of the systemvalidation team. Responsibilities of lead the team to support post-silicon testand debug for customer issue and design team request. Interaction with otherteams will be a key skill in this position.

Responsibilities:

-Solve product issue from customer.

-Support test request from design team.

-Develop test plan and flow for team.

-Lead and manage system validation team.

Qualifications：

-MS in EE/CS/ME.

-Minimum of five  years experience for asic chip development,test and debug.

Additional qualifications include:

-Familiar with DDR protocol and computersystem architecture,  Intel x86 serversystem would be an added advantage.

-Familiar with post silicon debug and testespecially for high speed IO related test and debug.

-Experience of product/chip support forcustomer issue.

-Experience of lead a team.

-Good knowledge of c/c++.
