岗位职责：
1、不良分析、改善：包含厂内NPI和 量产产品；CM LRR；Field Return
2、NPI协助RD对sample build failure, reliability failure做FA, 找到不良原因并改善
3、良率维护、提升: 针 对top failure, 分 析找到root cause 并持续提升良率并降低scrap rate（报废率）
4、快速有效分析CM LRR, Field Return:提升客户良率，减少出货风险
5、On-site to CM for failure verification, vendor mall FA  facility set-up

任职资格：
1. More than 4 Years EFA(electronical) or PFA(physical) Experience with Design Experience Better
2. With IC Package/ Process Knowledge
3. 有RF问题分析归纳&EE相关工作经验
4. 对电子线路系统性的了解，具软硬件及系统整合之相关专业知识
5. 问题分析归纳能力强者
6. 英语能完成听说读写沟通交流
