Key Position Responsibilities:-Execute talent recognition programs whichcan recognize excellent employees in Marvell China from different perspectives,so that we can retain talents;-Maintain communication channels. Itprovides platform for employees to raise suggestion and also a uesful methodfor company to transfer positive information;-Initiate talent engagement activitieswhich can provide a comfortable working environment to all employees.-Initiate corporate social responsibilityactivities in Marvell China, which can foster a good and healthy company imagein China.-Support BU to arrange all hands meetingor activities which helps BU to build a good team.Implement the work plan assigned by th GMand achieve the Company and personal goals.
Qualification:-Bachelor or above degree, relative major in human resource.-At least 2 years working experience.-Be seasoned with Human resource's operation, law and regulation ofHR.- Strong communication and coordination skill in daily job isrequired.- Fluent both written and oral English is required.
