岗位职责：
1、计划、组织、分析和落实各项公司质量活动来完成部门和企业目标。
2、监控和维护质量标准，确保质量规范和SOP循环，以确保过程一致性。
3、分析质量趋势，识别可能影响客户要求的趋势，并做出。
4、监控和维护ISO体系和要求，协调ISO管理评审活动。
5、提供运营技术支持，收集相关数据。
6、外部客户联系和沟通。
7、监督员工绩效。

岗位要求：
1、相关专业本科学历。
2、7年以上质量工作经验，有整车厂或电池行业经验优先。
3、有精益生产理念。
4、有六西格玛培训经验
