Application Engineer（应用工程师）

Job
Responsibilities
：

-Define problem forcustomer.  Generate action
plan and solution recommendation for
customers.

-Providesupport to customers in resolving issues/problems to help them maximize theperformance and use of ASML products.  Document procedures and processesto aid customers in the use of ASML products.

-Guidecustomers in tests to ensure that they are performed in an efficientmanner.  Conduct data analysis to ensure that the correct conclusions aredrawn from test data and results reported to the customers and ASML.

-Organizeshort and long term tests to obtain new information on new, advancedtechniques/technology of interest to ASML and the customers.

-Meet with customers andinternal organization to maintain effective communication with commitment tokeep all involved and affected parties informed of progress.

-Preparepresentations to provide new customer support and assist sales in technicalpresentations.

-Writereports, technical briefs or memos documenting activity to enhance the servicecapability, efficiency, and service development.

Job Requirements：

-Minimum a BS Universitydegree in electronics, engineering, physics, optics, or any related fields.

-Minimum3 years working experience in semiconductor fab or 5 years related workingexperience for semiconductor equipment vendor; minimum 2 years workingexperience in lithographic process.

-Metrologytool and fab automation experience is a plus .

-Ableto communicate with customer  and  able to read, write, fluentlycommunicate in English

-Canwork under pressure (  for instance, Averagely, 10% overtime work and 2weeks night shift per year in case of emergency)
