Job Requirement

1、Should be self-motivated , diligent ,cooperated and dedicated in hismajor with a peaceful personality

2、Should be in concord with the company culture and be interested inWLAN project.

3、Excellent English reading and writing to achieve new knowledgerapidly.

4、More than two years work experience related to WLAN, well know802.11 a/b/g/n/ac protocols.

5、More than two years work experience in LINUX network drivers orfirmware development , well master kernel and driver.

6、Master C language , computer architecture ,TCP/IP architecture andoperating system skillfully.

7、If

1)，2），3），5），6）are met well, the requirement of WLAN can be decreased  to some degree.

8、Master or Bachelor in electronic/ communication / computer

Job Responsibilities

1、Focus on MAC\PHY layer firmware development for WLAN SOC

2、Focus on embedded LINUX driver development for WLAN SOC

3、Focus on 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac protocols analysis and taking part inarchitecture designing.

Job Requirement

1、Highly efficient in Verilog RTL coding

2、Hands-on experience on ASIC/FPGA design, verification flows,methodologies, network protocol Validation

3、Good understanding of modulator/demodulator design relatedtechniques is a plus

4、Hands-on experience on Ethernet MAC/Switch/Network processingaccelerator or 802.11 MAC ASIC/FPGA implementation and verification is a plus

5、5+ years of solid experience in digital front end design isrequired, with a proven track record of delivering successful ASICs

6、Good document skills in english

7、Expertise in verification methodology such as systemVerilog/UVM is aplus and highly desired

8、Bachelor's or master's degree in semiconductor, electronicengineering or relevant speciality

Job Responsibilities

1、Perform full cycle of IP development responsibilities, from circuitsimulation, FPGA verification to chip validation.

职位要求：

1、本科8年或硕士/博士6 年以上算法专业工作经验,

2、具备Gigabit-PHY, Ethernet-PHY开发经验者佳

3、具有WLAN-PHY(802.11a/b/g/n/ac)开发经验者佳

工作职责：

1、根据产品规格，独立或带领团队完成新的系统algorithm 架构规划， 新功能开发，并规划验证plan

2、解决系统问题及客户技术支持与产品量产问题

3、规划,制定及改善研发流程SOP

4、执行部门内OJT与专业技能培训
