NO.172-Supply Chain Planner（Shenzhen）

Job Purpose :
Under general supervision, plans, coordinates and
schedules the requisitioning and manufacturing of parts and
components required for the assembly of finished products for
an assigned production area. Planner will assist management
in resolving problems concerning shortages, changes and
cancellations of orders.
Planner is required in Shenzhen to support the PHO IAT
or PHO Bipolar product line. Planning function for this product
line is transitioning from Torrance to Shenzhen- which is the MTS
planning center of excellence. Planning headcount in
Torrance will be reduced in Q2 FY’12 and transferred to
Shenzhen.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Converts planned MRP orders to purchase orders on
Contract Manufacturers (CM) and production orders to
internal semiconductor fab
· Manages delivery schedule with CMs and internal fab
· Visits CM/ suppliers as required
· Keeps SAP dates current/ accurate
· Manages backlog to ensure on-time customer deliveries
· Monitors/ resolves MRP past due notices & understands
root causes – e.g.
o CM Capacity bottlenecks (labor/ equipment)
o Component/ consumable shortages
· Communicates the impact of missed CM delivery dates
to management
· Resolves any Hub issues e.g.:
· o Deficit of material for subcontract PO receipt
· o Delivery block of customer SO
· Monitors customer shipments to ensure that they are
picked and shipped off SAP
· Periodic reconciliation of CM subcontract inventory
· Master data management e.g.:
· o Lead times
· o CM yields
· Resolve any CM/ supplier blocked invoices

Key Competencies  Required:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years planning
experience
· Minimum 2 years experience working with an ERP/SAP system.
· CPIM or IIPMM certified is preferred
· Good Spoken and Written English
· Good communication skills
