Customer Quality Support Manager – CCS (Location: 北京亦庄)
Job Description:
- Managing customer quality complaints (FARs) and customer material returns (RMAs)
- Coordination for customer audits / quality visits
- Quality Reporting (8D reports, etc)
- Managing customer inquiries / quality interface relationship
- Supporting the quality improvement activity with internal / customers
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics engineering
- > 5 years experience in Semiconductor or SMT manufacturing area
- Ability of accomplishing tasks by driving a team
- Customer quality support experience would be advantageous
- Prefer to have Chip Card experience
- Outstanding ability of working independently and under (time / customer) pressure
- Good skill in speaking / writing in English is required
- Korean speaker is preferred
