安装Verdi总是提示端口被占用

按照网上的教程安装verdi 2009，生成修改license后拷贝进指定路径，设置好了环境变量。执行lmgrd $VERDI_HOME/license/license.dat后报错如下，说28001这个TCP端口号被占用。也没发现提示的什么using TCP-port xxxxx。哪位大神能指点迷津，告诉我如何破。
