Responsibilities:
Manage and support global users for all aspects of Oracle Agile PLM Application – PC, PPM, PQM and PGC modules
Manage Agile integration with ERP using Agile PIP
Manage multiple tasks: coding, system test, end to end test and production support
Manage all phases of the project life cycle (SDLC): analysis, design, implementation and testing
Provide guidance to the team on Oracle Agile PLM's vision and roadmap
Ensure business processes are followed when administering Agile
Analyze user requirements and issues and provide the best fit solution while maintaining the integrity of existing application
Work with users to translate business process to Agile forms and workflows; optimize and automate
Generate and develop standard and custom reports to meet the business requirements
Responsible for global data integrity; develop tools and audit processes to ensure accurate and timely data reporting capability
Document and communicate changes, supporting change management and compliance
Background and Skills:
5 - 7 years of experience working directly with Oracle Agile PLM modules – PC, PPM, PQM and PGC is a must
Experience in working with Agile PIP integration with Oracle is a must
Develop scripts using Java Scripts [Java PX], Agile SDK and Agile groovy scripts [Script PX] with an overall understanding of J2EE concepts including: Core JAVA, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, HTML, JavaScript, XML and Oracle ADF is a must
Experience with OPLA (Oracle Product Lifecycle Analytics) is considered a very strong plus
Advance problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a strong orientation to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines on a regular basis in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with employees at all levels
Semiconductor industry experience a plus
BS CS or similar degree required
Must be eligible to work in country of hire without restrictions
Excellent communicator. Requires English speaking/writing skills.
