Job Title: Sr. Manager, Product Marketing
Location:Shenzhen/Beijing
As a member of China mobile businessteam, you will be expected to teach, influence and encourage the customers toadopt the emerging Marvell technologies and platforms. The responsibility of thesuccessful candidate includes but not limited to: -Work with the sales team for sell-in support, promote Marvellplatforms-Work with the technical supporting team to manage fulllife-cycle of mobility products development, driving delivery on schedule. -Work with carrier business develop team to advocate Marvellroadmap & technologies-Understand the customer needs and requirements, working withteams to provide competitive solutions-Understand the carriers’ requirements and technologyevolution, work with internal teams to support -Help identify important new technologies and prioritizeadditions and changes to current technologies in a rapidly evolving technicallandscape-Perform developer marketanalysis including competitive landscape and trends. Track and analyze newtechnologies and competitive developments to insure ongoing competitiveadvantage and platform differentiationSuccessful candidate willpossess the following characteristics:-Strong leadership,negotiation, and team player skills
-Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills, including strengths in meeting objectives throughinfluence, facilitation and team building
-Ability to develop andmaintain effective relationships with key product stakeholders
-Self-motivated,demonstrated capabilities to multi-task in a fast paced environment-Working well under pressure, capacity to adapt to an evolving environment
-Strategic planningexpertise, the ability to manage change, and the desire to operate effectivelywithin an aggressive organization
-Takes ownership andaccountability for area for direct responsibility
Skills/Experience: -5+ years of experience in product management or technicalproduct marketing experience in the mobility industry;-SoC product management or marketing experience;-Extensive experience and good relationship with Chinacarriers-Experience defining new high technology products andsuccessfully bringing those products to market
-Excellent project management skills / ability to meet orexceed deadlines
-Strong communication and presentation skillsin English and Chinese;-Bachelor degree is required or above in ComputerEngineering and/or Computer Science and/or
ElectricalEngineering. Master degree is preferred.
