1、MPTools AE

Location: Shanghai

External Description:

Application engineer in this position is responsible forsupporting customer on mass production tools. In this position, the candidatewill be working on customer support mostly on customer mass production toolsintegration based on Marvell MP tools software.

The responsibility will include but not limited to:

- Have knowledge on RF of GSM/TD/LTE/WB and related areas.

- Master different kinds of equipments (8960, CMW500 and homemadeequipments) for RF testing. Have ability to take new things.

- Master the test procedure in production line and how to arrangethe test benches. Production line experience will be a plus.

- Have experience in developing and maintaining MP test platform.

- Support customer applications in a timely manner byphone/email/online and possibly onsite.

- Customer factory tools integration and debugging

- Provide guidance to help customer on Marvell MP tools solutionand isolate problem then escalate to developer team

- Understand customer feedback on product feature

- Support domestic and regional customers

- Excellent communication skills

- Good Chinese and English in reading/writing/speaking

- Willing to travel when demanded

Qualifications:

1、MinimumBSEE/MSEE with 3+ years experience in application engineering or softwareengineering in embedded area.

2、Shallhave knowledge on Smartphone or Mobile Phone mass production process,experience of C/C++ programming using Visual Studio and experience in toolsdevelopment for factory line.

3、Knowledgein embedded software Linux BSP, Windows CE or hardware will be a great plus.

4、 Forthe development skill, CVI/LabView/C# will be a plus.

2、HW AE

Location: Shanghai

External Description:

Application engineer for supporting customer application onhardware area. In this position, the candidate will be working on customersupport mostly on hardware layer for Xscale application processors.

The responsibility will include but not limited to

- Support customer applications in a timely manner byphone/email/online and possibly onsite.

- Customer schematics review and PCB layout review

- Customer board bring-up debug support and power consumptionanalysis upon request

- Provide workaround or isolate problem then escalate to developerteam

- Get customer feedback on product feature include hardware andsoftware

- support international and domestic customers

- Provide technical training to customers

Qualifications:

Minimum BSEE/MSEE with 3+ years experience in applicationengineering or hardware platform development in embedded area. Shall haveexperience in hardware board development including schematics development, andboard bring up/debug. Knowledge in driver layer software, PCB layout knowledgeis a strong plus.

Additional qualifications include:

- Experience in arm based processor hardware development,Smartphone or Tablet development experience will be an excellent advantage.

- Excellent communication skills

- Good Chinese and English reading/writing/speaking

- willing to travel when demanded

- Knowledge of ASM*, C, C++ programming and C-coding skills

- Knowledge of embedded systems

- Knowledge of embedded operating system (OS) architecture will bean added advantage

- Familiar with BSP/Driver for Linux would be an addedadvantage  

3、LinuxBSP AE

Location: Shanghai

External Description:

Application engineer for supporting customer application on BSP/Driver/Androidintegration layer

The candidate must have Minimum BSEE/MSEE with 3+ years experiencein application engineering or software engineering in smart phone industry orembedded area. Shall have experience in Linux BSP/Android HAL softwaredevelopment for Marvell application/communication processor or ARM processor.Knowledge in Windows Mobile, Windows CE or hardware will be a plus as well asmultimedia and application software.

In this position, the candidate will be working on customersupport mostly on Android/BSP/driver layer for Marvell application orcommunication processors.

The responsibility will include but not limited to

- Support customer applications in a timely manner byphone/email/online and possibly onsite.

- Customer board bring up and driver debug support

- Provide workaround or isolate problem then escalate to developerteam

- Provide proper communication with customer on daily basis

- Get customer feedback on product feature include hardware andsoftware

- support international and domestic customers

Qualifications:

- Motivation of working closely with customers and internaldeveloper team

- Pay attention to details on customer issuedebugging/reproducing/solving.

- Interested in new technology trend

- Excellent communication skills

- Good Chinese and English reading/writing/speaking

- Willing to travel when demanded

- Strong ASM*, C, C++ programming and C-coding skills

- Linux BSP and/or Android HAL development debug experience.

Additional qualifications include:

- Experience in ARM-Linux* drivers developing or Windows Mobile,Windows CE BSP development is a plus

-Knowledge of Marvell application/communication processor, orother ARM* architecture processors

- Knowledge of embedded systems

- Knowledge of embedded operating system (OS) architecture

- Knowledge in hardware and/or application software would be anadded advantage
