Job Responsibilities:
Work as the Application Engineer in Synopsys Global Support Center, be responsible for timely identification and resolution of customer issues with guidance in Asia-Pacific region. Work directly with customers gaining full understanding of their issues submitted with Email, phone call or web page; helping them to resolve their critical technical issues with Synopsys solutions or successfully driving those issues to create complete customer satisfaction through interfacing with other Application Consultants, Corporate Application Engineers or R& D Engineers. Proactively contribute and communicate to the corporation in the areas of tool improvement and leveraged support. Demonstrates the ability to handle normal workload and manage typical volume of customer issues. Deliver public customer education workshop to help to boost the customer’s systematic understanding with our tools rapidly. You’ll focus on the support with Synopsys Front-End tools and flow, be able to master the cutting edge EDA tools, design flows/methodologies and solutions
Job Requirements:
BS in EE with 3+ years or Master in EE with relevant experiences. Hands-on experiences wtih EDA tools and flow of IC front-end design, including the experience using the mainstream commercial EDA tools(Such as DC/PT/formality/PwrC/DFTC etc.) with logic design/synthesis/optimization,STA, formal verification, power analysis etc., basic understanding with back-end and verification tools & flows will be a good plus . It is essential that the individual possess excellent customer interfacing communication skills in both English & Chinese, the selfless team work spirit is extremely important for this position. |
