Cascode电流镜有没有提高电路PSRR的作用？

低频时候，假如cascode 提高了运放的差分信号的低频增益，所以说应该在低频psrr提高了。而高频没有提高PSRR吧？

    低频由于差分信号gain的提高，PSRR 得到提高，高频时候，电源到vout的增益为1，差分增益有cascode和没有cascode管子增益没有变化。
所以说，使用了cascode管子，低频时候PSRR得到提高，而高频没有变化。
仔细想了想，这也是使用了cascode管子后的增益与单位增益带宽积的关系。

are you sure? it seems you give a wrong result. casode current mirror will be helpful both in low frequency and high frequency. psrr is depended on the ratio of current source output impedence and diode connection gm.

注意，这里是说电流镜，低频的电流镜做的好的话，psrr是非常好的；在高频，只靠电容分压....cascode这时候的电容分压比没有用cascode好...。 当然，实际情况是，在低频时候cascode会好一点，但足够小的话，-100和-90又有多少分别呢？

你说的对，其实我想表达，在低频的时候，一般都可以做到足够低，意义不大。所以，比如cascode做到-110dB,而普通的也做到-80,90db,那你觉得这有多少差别呢？

而高频时候，是prefer有cascode的....
