Title: 　ISP Tuning Engineer
Platform engineering team has immediate opening for staff ISP Tuning Engineer. Key responsibilities of the position is listed below
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Work closely with ASIC IP design team to define ISP (Image Signaling Process) tuning flow
o Adjust ISP settings and parameters to meet individual customer image quality preferences.
o Debug image quality issues and work with Architecture and Software teams to come up with innovative solutions.
o Propose ISP and Software enhancements based on real-world customer experience.
o Develop lab and real-world image quality tests, work with test team to capture images, evaluate image quality and propose corrective actions.
o Assist Customer Engineering with camera bring-up as needed.
o Run camera modules through automated calibration system
o Forward thinker to improve development process and drive innovation
  
REQUIREMENTS
o B.Sc. or M.Sc. In EE or CS or equivalent is required
o Good English required – verbal and written
o Mandarin
  
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
o A minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Relevant industries include digital cameras, image sensors, computational imaging or digital image processing.
o The candidate should be familiar with a wide range digital image processing algorithms and techniques, as well as image quality metrics, measurement techniques, and optimizations
o Knowledge of embedded or mobile system software a plus
o Working experience on Android and Embedded Linux OS a plus
o Practical experience with camera control and image signal processing is a plus
o Good mathematics skills  
o Excellent communications skills. May involve customer interactions
o A strong team player; self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements
o Familiarity with image quality test programs such as Imatest or DXO a plus
o BS/MS Engineering, Computer Science or Imaging
