职位： Principle IC Design Engineer, Power and Lighting solutions
  
  
1.    Reporting:
o Member of the product development team
o Operationally reporting to the project manager
o Functionally and hierarchically reporting to the Development Manager PLS.  
2. Circuit design of analogue, mixed signal and/or large-signal, HV circuits
o According ESD, Latch-up, EMC, DfX compliancy and robust IC design rules
Instructing lay-out engineers and contacts with device physics on models, new devices etc.
o IC validation and characterisation (interpreting statistical data)
Coaching juniors.
o Writing internal design documents s.a. design reports, evaluation plans/docs…
Competitor analysis, (SWOT’s)
o Maintaining knowledge on tools, design methodologies and circuits (internal and external sources)
o Be an active member of the Development organisation (GWO’s, peer reviews, consultancy etc.)
o Support deployment of NXP policies, procedures and WoW such as BCaM, Sparc, Impulse
3. System design
o Definition and specification of IC’s and circuits
o System simulation
o Writing patent proposals
4. Support
o Leading design review meetings
o Supporting product release including qualification and cooperation with marketing and application.
o Customer support including problem solving activities and returns analysis
Writing customer documents

o Bachelor/Master with 5 -10 years in analog desgin.
