Candidate Responsibilities:
1. Manage the  SQM and calibration section to deliver good performance
2. Drive the supplier  quality improvement via QLT, supplier audit, SRS.
3. Develop new supplier  with good quality control.
4. Handle the supplier complaint of raw material  issue detected by incoming inspection and production


Candidate Profile:


1.  Bachelor or above.
2. Min 10 years related QA working experience (5 years SQM  section manager experience at least). Have multi QA experience in  PQC/OQA/QS/Calibration.
3. Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949 system (auditor  certification) and VDA6.3.
4. FMEA/SPC/MSA knowledge, prefer to 6 sigma  certification (BB).
5. Semiconductors materials/manufacturing knowledge is  preferred.
6. Proven success in solving quality problems and supplier quality  management driving improvement.
7. Strong personal management skills.
8.  Strong written, verbal, analytical, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
9.  Fluent oral English and Chinese.
