Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with R&D and Operations management on new CapEx expected ROI and past CapEx actual ROI – Prepare financial analysis to support investment decision
· Support all department heads to understand monthly spending variance analysis and required corrective actions as necessary
· Support new Lean initiatives and ROI on past Lean initiatives
· Support Operations and R&D management on monthly strategy deployment objectives – Provide necessary support to ensure objectives are met and correction actions are carried out
· Partner with GM and other Operations management on labor and overhead cost rationalization
· Support Costing team on continuous improvement of standard costing methodology
· Support department heads on annual Hyperion budgeting process – ensure budgets support the execution of AOP and 3YP
· Provide analytical support on potential M&A activity and associated integration – explore opportunities to leverage governmental subsidies associated with M&A
· Maintain and improve ongoing customer profitability analysis and work with stakeholders to improve performance
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years finance and accounting experience in tech manufacturing, including 4 to 5 years in both cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Prefer experience in tech manufacturing with $100M to $500M global (Asia preferred) manufacturing operation.
- 2 to 4 years of Oracle 12i experience.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing productive working relationships with peers in overseas operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial analytical skills with the ability to integrate concepts, complex issues and multiple options into concise plans and proposals
Ability to work effectively with Operations, Accounting and senior management groups
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Strong business orientation combined with unquestionable integrity, ethics and financial skills
The candidate must be: accurate; detail oriented; well organized; and able to prioritize tasks
Must have the ability to multi-task and manage a varied and constantly changing workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
