我用的是tsmc的65nm的pdk。我用nch模型仿真的时候，goldengate可以仿真。但换成nmos_rf模型后，就会提示：
Error: Section 'tt_rfmos' could not be found in included file 'crn65lp_v1d5.scs'.

如果换成tt工艺角，就会提示：
Warning: Element 'M0' is defined as a 'nmos_rf', which is not valid as a model type, a defined model, or a defined network. (netlist.scs:26) [134.17]

两种情况仿真都不能进行，请问是什么原因？
