Position: DSP Architecture Engineer

Job Description:

1.      Response for designarchitecture of video/image processing chip or IP and create/maintain c modelfor the chip or IP.

2.      Architecture design workincludes mapping algorithm solution into hardware solution from followingaspects:

a)      Function partition ofalgorithm solution;

b)      Design Interface andinterface’s protocol design between IP block or sub-block;

c)      Control mechanismdefine, calculation logic evaluation, storage size and band width evaluationbased on cost, throughput,

3.      C model work includefollowing aspects:

a)      Create c model based onoriginal algorithm c code and architecture

b)      Create mapping between cmodel’s behavior and RTL behavior

Requirements

1.      3+(5+ for senior) yearsexperience in IC industry

2.      Background andexperience

a)      RTL design andverification background at IP level and chip level

b)      Familiar with often usedinterface protocols and their design and verification

c)        ICdevelop tools;

d)      It is better havegraphics and video chip design background

e)      Familiar with c++ or cand their develop environment
