JobDescription

1.
Research and development ofstate-of-the-art analog and mixed-signal circuit systems for automotive,consumer and industrial markets

2.
Participate in analog andmixed-signal IP architecture roadmap development

3.
Participate in all aspects of designcycle, including architecture development, transistor level design, interactionwith digital system and software teams, layout supervision, labcharacterization, production, marketing and customer support

4.
Develop products to meet theperformance targets in timely fashion

DesiredSkills and Experience

1.
MSEE/PhD with minimum 3 years ofprofessional experience in analog & mixed signal IC design. A proven recordof releasing design to market is preferred

2.
Strong knowledge of analog circuitdesign, parasitic and noise analysis, CMOS device physics and manufacturing

3.
Understanding of layout flow andverification checks such as DRC, ERC, LVS

4.
Basic knowledge of signal processing,analog and digital filters

5.
Basic knowledge of key analog blocksand systems, such as (but not limited to) bandgap and biasing circuitry,ADC/DAC, LDO, charge pump, PLL/DLL

6.
Basic knowledge and experience in thearea of ADC design, especially SAR ADC

7.
Experience with cadence designenvironment, ocean, Veriloga/Verilog, Matlab/Simulink/MathCAD a plus

8.
Ability to take ownership of theproject, work independently with minimal supervision, attention to details resultingin timely and reliable delivery
