工作内容及要求：
  1. Responsible for the data analysis and characterization of the battery system of EV and ESS product;
  2. Be responsible for data analysis and characterization of  performance, self-discharge, product life and reliability of battery system, including products of E-car, E-Bus, ESS;
  3. Responsible for the failure analysis of performance and reliability, finding the root cause, proposing improvement measure, and doing the final analysis report.
  4. Establish analysis method and characterization platform.
