1. Digital RTL Design and Implementation (synthesis \ DFT \ Timing Closure) Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities
This position will offer opportunities to focus on digital design in multi-disciplinary inertial and acoustic sensor interface SoCs. The candidate will primarily focus on:
• Digital design and implementation for mixed signal/SoC ICs
• Starting from Verilog RTL, and using industry standard tools, implementation of design through synthesis, floor planning, clock tree synthesis and routing
• Block level RTL design
• Perform static timing analysis(STA) and help identifying and fixing timing problems
• Perform design for test (DFT) and test pattern generation (ATPG)
• Close interaction with analog/mixed signal designers.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience with digital ASIC flow
• Experience with RTL design
• Experience with RTL2GDS flow including synthesis, timing analysis, formal verification and DFT
• Knowledge of audio processing, signal processing, or SOC design is a big plus
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl and Tcl is a plus
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication and team-oriented work skills
• Self-motivated individual willing to take ownership and responsibility
2.Digital Verification Engineer (mixed signal/SoC)
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
This position will offer opportunities to focus on digital verification in multi-disciplinary inertial and acoustic sensor interface SoCs. The candidate will primarily focus on:
• Setup verification testbench at module level and chip level,
• Define and execute verification plan with full functional coverage
• Doing gate level simulations
• Doing mixed-signal co-simulations with the analog team
• Interact with design team to achieve design quality and meet schedule target
• Document and review detailed test plans and testbenches, and meet verification goals
• Support silicon validation
Qualifications:
• Master's degree with 5 years of experience with SoC/Mix-signals IC verification
• Knowledge of OVM/VMM/UVM
• Knowledge of Audio processing or signal processing or SOC design is a big plus
• Familiar with digital & mixed signal verification tools, such as NC-verilog/Verdi/Vplan
• Familiar with Verilog/ System Verilog/ System C language
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl and Tcl is a plus
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication and team-oriented work skills
• Self-motivated individual willing to take ownership and responsibility
3. Digital signal processing (OIS, Audio, Motion) Design Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
This position will offer opportunities to focus on digital signal processing design in multi-disciplinary inertial and acoustic sensor interface SoCs. The candidate will primarily focus on:
• Algorithm design and implementation for optical image stabilization (OIS), motion, and audio applications
• Defining and architecting the DSP design (filters, control loops, auto-calibration, and digitally enhanced analog signal paths) using Matlab or other industry standard tools
• Algorithm validation and performance evaluation
• Block level RTL implementation and verification in cooperation with the digital design team cooperation
• Develop and research signal process algorithm for new generation sensors and related application areas
Qualifications:
• Master/PHD's degree with 2+ years of experience with signal processing.
• Very strong knowledge on digital signal processing
• Experience with FIR/IIR filters (minimum requirement)
• Knowledge of RTL implementation of algorithms in ASIC or FPGA
• Knowledge of multi-rate and multi-resolution signal processing is a plus
• Knowledge of audio or motion signal processing is a plus
• Knowledge of sigma-delta modulators is a plus
• Knowledge of LabView is a plus
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication and team-oriented work skills
• Self-motivated individual willing to take ownership and responsibility
4.Analog Mixed Signal Designer
Location: Shanghai
This position will offer opportunities to focus on analog mixed signal in multi-disciplinary inertial and acoustic sensor interface SoCs. The candidate will primarily focus on:
• Architecture, design, and validation of sensor interface ICs such as data converters (ADC/DAC), LDO, low noise amplifiers, bandgap, etc...
• architecture, design, and validation of high precision and performance, low power analog circuits
• providing technical guidance to layout, application, and validation engineers
• create through specifications, review documents, and follow established design flow to maximize first silicon success
Qualifications:
• Master/PHD's degree with at least 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of acoustic and inertial sensor interfaces or is a plus
• Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals is a must
• Experienced in designing mixed-signal circuits in deep sub-micron processes
• Firm understanding of oversampling sigma-delta data converters (ADC, DAC) fundamentals
• Design, synthesis, and realization of NTF in both analog and digital modulator is a plus
• Experienced in low power, high performance precision analog mixed-signal designs including op-amps, comparators, bandgap references, LDOs, PGAs, audio mixers, analog volume controls, and sensor front-ends
• Experience in system level design, signal processing tools such as Matlab and Simulink is required
• Familiar with design/simulation/verification tools including Cadence, Spice, Spectre, UltraSim
• Knowledge of mixed-mode simulation using Verilog-A is a plus
• Familiar with layout/extraction/back-end tool such as Cadence, Caliber, starRC, etc.
• Familiar with silicon verification and debugging using test modes, micro-probing, and FIB experiments, etc.
