是使用 set_attribute [get_cells SPARE/U_ATENNA*] is_spare_cell true 嗎?
[已解決]
use set_route_zrt_detail_options -diode_libcell_name {ANT}
to perform the antenna cell auto insertion on zrt detail routing as instead.
