Description

Ericsson China Access Network R&D Center is looking for Senior Digital Hardware System Engineer for radio base station development.

Responsibilities

You will response for radio base station digital module development includes:

• Requirement analysis and feature break down
• Architecture design including risk analysis and feasibility study.
• Responsibility for whole development life cycle technical issues and solutions.
• Use latest technology to improve product performance and/or reduce product cost.
• Determine test strategy to have enough test coverage to ensure quality, and less duplicated coverage to save cost and TTM.
• Author system document.
• Chair technical meetings and present to project meetings.
• Control design and product release and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Master Degree or equivalent in Wireless, Communication, Electronics, or Computer
• 3 + years’ experience in digital product hardware development
• Solid knowledge in RAN system, aggregation network and communication standards
• Good written and spoken English
• Good communication skills and social abilities

Preferred Experience on

• Volume radio base station product development including baseband
• Latest hardware technology such as processor, NP, FPGA, framer, switches, etc.
• RBS Transmitter architecture and implementation
• Understanding of lower level software, and how hardware and software integration work.
