职位一:无线通信终端物理层(L1)软件开发，集成或测试 （上海 北京 深圳 珠海）

通信/电子工程 硕士以上学位，无线通信终端物理层开发工作经验三年（含）以上；

有至少一项如下无线通信制式物理层开发的工作经验：WCDMA，CDMA2000，TD-SCDMA，LTE；如果有3G和4G多模工作经验更好；

有独立深入发现问题，独立解决问题的能力，对出现的问题能够在技术上做最优决定；

优秀的C编程和阅读，嵌入式软件开发，调试技巧和能力；

良好的人际交往和跨地区团队技术沟通和协调能力；

良好的英语听，说，写能力；

Master's degree in Communications/ Electrical Engineering with >=3 years of mobile phone physical layer working experience;

Having at least one of the following wireless communication modes' mobile phone physical layer development experience:

WCDMA，CDMA2000，TD-SCDMA，LTE；3G/4G multimode experience is plus;

Capability of independent founding issues,independent solving issues and independent technical decision making;

Excellent C programming/reading, embedded software development and debugging skills;

Good interpernonal skills, Good cross sites/cross teams communication skills;

Good English lisening,speaking and writting.

具有良好质量管理体系的公司

任职要求

1) 本科以上学历，计算机、通信、电子相关专业；

2) 二年以上SQA或CMMI软件质量管理经验，以及一年以上软件开发经验；

3) 熟练ISO9000/TL9000/CMMI等质量管理体系；

4) 有良好的团队合作精神，交流、沟通和表达能力；

5) 具备良好的英文读写能力；

6）具有ASQ CQE或PMP证书者优先。

Job Qualification

1) Bachelor degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.

2) 2+ year experience of SQA or CMMI practices, and 1+ year SW development experience.

3) Good mastery of SCM SW tools (Perforce, ClearQuest, etc.)

4) Good understanding of SCM work flows and practices

5) Good team work spirit, organization and coordination skills

6) Good communication skill in both written and spoken English
