ICC中，如何查看某个attribute的涵义？比如cell的attribute有一个是is_soft_fixed，设成true/false有何作用？

refer to the userguide please!
for exaplme you  can get the iformation for is_soft_fixed:
Attribute             Coarse placement          Detail placement          Optimization
is_soft_fixed       Cannot move cells          No restrictions             No restrictions

Could you tell which UserGuide I should refer to? I cannot find it anywhere. BTW, can I refer it in icc_shell with any command like "man" or "help"?

I have got a file named ICC-UserGuide in company's computer!
but I can't upload it or get it out.
I have never done those things as your describing!
