受某北美公司的委托，为其寻找如下人才:

Sr. video DSP engineer

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
-3+ years working experience in digital video algorithm development
-Knowledge of analog video codec and standards including NTSC and PAL
-Working knowledge about digital video synchronization, motion detection,estimation and compensation
-Understand real time video processing and design tradeoff between performanceand hardware complexity
-Strong programming skill in C/C++ and Matlab
-Familiar with logic design and Verilog
-Good oral and written English with good communication skills
-MSEE (Ph.D. degree a plus)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Understand the existing video decoder IP core and develop advanced videodecoding algorithm to improve video quality and performance for our nextgeneration Xilleon family product
-Establish computer simulation model for next generation video decoder IP core
-Work with ASIC team to bring advanced video processing algorithms from theoryto hardware implementation
-Work with FW engineers to optimize chip video performance and mitigatehardware bugs
