《中国集邮报》的建言
我在2010年1月-2011年12月期间为《中国集邮报》写过16篇稿件，并获得稿酬数百元。钱虽然少，但能在中国集邮界第一权威阵地上有了自己的位置是值得骄傲的。集邮报彩色印刷，成本高，售价低，这充分体现了管理层鼓励集邮活动的态度。作为集邮活动最权威的宣传阵地，集邮报理应做出更大的贡献。为此笔者觉得：集邮报确实需要改革了。

    一是转变办报思想。集邮报的创立目的是什么？笔者以为：宣传社会主义精神文明，弘扬中国特色集邮文化。如何做好这个工作，需要转变现有思维。正能量的宣传固然是主流，但是揭露少数不良现象同样不可缺少。只有认识到反面的抨击更能凸显正能量的强烈反差的作用，才能把报刊办活。

    二是强化敢于担当意识。央视是党和国家政府的宣传阵地，最为著名的栏目之一是《焦点访谈》，其敢于揭露社会丑恶现象的正义形象赢得了全国乃至海外观众的欢迎，该栏目也因此闻名天下。《焦点访谈》的更大意义在于弘扬了正气，震慑了邪恶。中国集邮报作为官报，在这方面应该是大有作为的。因为集邮活动管理层关注集邮报，集邮者关注集邮报，海外媒体也关注集邮报。这是打击不良弘扬正气的利器。敢于担当、邪不压正不是停留在嘴上，而是身先士卒，亲力亲为，落实到实际行动中去。现在有些民刊、微博敢于揭露不良现象，官报却偃旗息鼓，这是不正常。民刊的揭露缺乏科学管理和有效的监督，其效果必然逊色于官报。官报是管理层的口舌，有着民报无法超越的优势。集邮报只有敢于揭露，才会真正有效地发扬集邮活动中的正能量。若泰然处之，明哲保身，将会有负于管理层和广大集邮者之望。

    三是转变内容，更贴近读者。现在有的民刊销售量超过十万份/期，估计不亚于集邮报。民刊为什么受欢迎？因为其内容更贴近集邮者的需求。什么内容受欢迎？市场行情--体现了广大集邮者经济利益。集邮报也有市场行情，但是缺乏监督，缺乏管理，难免出现了价格明显偏离市场行情的情况。由于集邮报不是商家，其报道方式不应该和民刊雷同。应该发挥自身优势，与集邮总公司以及各地分公司协调、沟通，报道更吸引集邮者眼球的内部结算价格。现在国家倡导三公消费公开化，内部结算价也该出来见见阳光了。

    “触及利益比触及灵魂还要难”，中国集邮报只有翻过了这个“火焰山”，才会取得“真经”。

    综上，中国集邮报应该“放下包袱，轻装上阵；发扬优势，敢于揭露；贴近读者，扩大影响”。
