2012 silvaco win7 “extract”不能用，怎么办？

2012win7 silvaco atlas每次使用extract语句，都会出现：

EXTRACT> init infile="solarex02_0.log"
Can't read file 'solarex02_0.log': No such file or directory
EXTRACT> extract name="Jsc" y.val from curve(v."anode", i."anode") where x.val=0
initialization has not been performed
EXTRACT> extract name="Voc" x.val from curve(v."anode", i."anode") where y.val=0
initialization has not been performed

或者：

EXTRACT> extract name="Electron" curve(depth,impurity="Electron Conc" material="All" x.val=0.5) outfile="ledex01_3p5_Electron.dat"
Extracting existing "Electron Conc" from structure, no re-calculations required
EXTRACT> extract name="Electron" curve(depth,impurity="Hole Conc" material="All" x.val=0.5) outfile="ledex01_3p5_Hole.dat"
Extracting existing "Hole Conc" from structure, no re-calculations required

请问该怎么解决？
