This textbook is related to the city power system infrastructure; not related to regulator or DC/DC design. More specific, it's a high voltage AC power system textbook, not related to power electronics.

Nothing wrong; I misunderstood it as a textbook in power electronics. I simply make it clear that it's related to AC power system; thanks.
