Sales Director 销售总监
Job Description
1. Responsible for managing the sales of IP products in Great China region and key accounts -attaining sales objectives, revenue growth and design wins.2. Responsible for product and marketing promotion of Teragile high end IPs.
3. Have responsibility to collect and analyze marketing information including customer needs, technology trend, product specification, competition status and etc.
4. Effectively work with R&D and other internal functional team to work out sales strategy in both account level and regional level.
5. Responsible for the communication with customers (include both direct and indirect accounts) about Teragile IP product features, spec and benefits to customers.
6. Drive Teragile internal team member and related distribution team to achieve regional and
account sale goal.



Job Requirements  

1. 8+ to 10+ years technical and sales experience in IP and Semiconductor/Telecom companies,Key account sales experience and people management experience is preferred.

2. Good knowledge on high speed interface IP products, especially on USB3.0, PCIe, Serdes, PLL and etc. Engineer background on electronics / telecom is preferred. Be willing to actively study new technologies and follow the market trend.




3. Good connection with communication company, government research or IC design house
relationship is preferred.
    4. Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering or related.
    5. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
    6. Be willing to work under pressure and challenge.
    7. Good teamwork and leadership, good people management skill is preferred.






Sales Manager (Part time or Full time) 销售经理

Job Description
