Job Description
• Work closely with Sales and customers to provide excellent support of new andexisting business, including pre-design win and post design win.
• Achieve design wins at customers
• Support customers on-site when needed.
• Work closely with global technical colleagues (USA,China)to provide backup support.
• Track issues and defects and drive to resolution.
• Provide quick response to key customer’s request on technical support.
• Provide technical training to Sales team and customers. Desirable skills:
• 3 years+ of experience with Storage controller, Storage system and/or flashsolution.
• Knowledge and experience in Firmware/Software, SAS server system, flashsolution and datacenter. Oracle Database knowledge or PCIe based flashcard/flash solution is a plus.
• Experience supporting storage products eg. SAS processor/Controller/Expanderor storage system or webcloud customers
• Broad Network or Storage knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to learn technology quickly
• Very good English communication skills
• Team player, self-motivation
• Communication/Information Systems or EE degree, Masters preferred
