职位描述:
负责产品在验证、生产和客户应用过程中的失效分析,判定失效模型和机理,并提供解决和改进方案.
能对失效现象做出推测,确定合理的分析方向和制定分析计划
输出报告给关联部门和客户,并能够做出清晰解释和说明,能够积极沟通并妥善解决关联部门,客户的疑问
任职要求:
1、微电子、自动化等相关专业本科以上学历,3~5年或以上相关工作经验
2、具备基本电性分析能力,能对各测量和分析方案进行整体规划和执行
3、了解IC设计和制造工艺、封装,熟悉基本的失效分析手段
4、严谨的工作态度、责任感和敬业精神,注重沟通,讲求团队合作以达到工作目标
5、思维敏捷、细致、条理清晰
