岗位描述：
1、设计和开发高性能，高稳定性，高并发的软件服务。
2、与团队成员一起建立一个能够支持一百万在线交流互动社区的运营环境
3、建立安全的路由功能，以通过互联网用移动客户端来控制家中的硬件设备；

岗位要求：
1、具备大型及分布式数据中心整体架构设计与规划能力；
2、对如下领域均有了解并精通其中几种：Java/PHP/Ruby/Python, relational database, memcache, NoSQL, messaging queue, SOA, Hadoop/MapReduce, Linux internals, operating system basics, network protocol fundamentals, memory management, cache management, and database scalability,apache,iis,nginx,squid,mysql,mssql,cdn
3、过去成功开发和支持大规模在线服务软件系统的经历。
4、熟悉虚拟化、数据同步、灾备、服务器群集、高并发、负载均衡、审计等主流技术
5、计算机或相关专业本科学历
6、五年以上后台服务开发经验
