职责:
参与从产品定义到量产的整个流程。
参与芯片架构定义。
ASIC设计，RTL编程和RTL仿真。
综合和FPGA评估。
与应用测试工程师合作，提出最优解决方案。

要求：
电子工程相关专业硕士毕业。
3年至5年以上RTL设计经验。
有音视频领域经验优先。
良好团队精神，学习能力强，敢于接受挑战。
必须具备RTL编程、仿真经验。
熟悉FPGA验证优先。
