Job Description:
1.      The Application Manager is needed to lead and managed a group of 3-4 Application Engineers and provided a weekly update of progress to the management team.
2.      He will need to support OEM/ODM manufacturers for design support and lead AE to resolve raised technical issued.
3.      The candidate need to excises good technical practice and able to perform first line technical support into circuit and component level.
4.      Reporting to Application Director and required to travel to US for 1-2 time per year when is needed.

REQUIREMENTS
1)    BSEE/MSEE with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of switch mode power supply design experiences in an MNC company environment.
2)    Knowledge in SMPS with tracked design records from Dual/Single FET forward, Flyback, SR, PFC are needed. Knowledge in LLC will be an added advantage.
3)    Strong analytical skills and hands-on design experience, able to demonstrate a field of expertise, published technical papers and others.
4)    Manage design team resource, prioritized work & set achievable schedule for team members and report the progress to management.
5)    Knowledge of component, magnetic, safety, EMS is a merit.
6)    Good communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) are required.
