求助HSPICE2011安装

luddle

各位大侠
我按照提示安装完了SCL  hspice simif
证书也按照说明生成的，但运行提示如下错误，求指导

我的.bashrc 如下

export  LM_LICENSE_FILE=/home/luddle/eda/synopsys/license/license.datLM_LICENSE_FILE

后面用lmgrd得到

$ license manager: can't initialize: Invalid license file syntax.
License text:  "3085a97000ff"
License path:  /home/luddle/eda/synopsys/license/license.dat

其他都没改  系统是centos6.4  CPU是AMD64  ，安装过程中我勾选了AMD64
