Application Engineer
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
The applications engineer works under the supervision of China applications center manager to support sales/FAE, customers and channel partners in China. Work closely with headquarter applications to coordinate application support issues and allocate resources; Help marketing to propose new product ideas, and assist with detailed product definition; Generate data sheets and applications notes including translating existing applications literature into Chinese, design general-purpose and customized demonstration boards, review customer design and provide design services, evaluate new products, assist FAE with local failure analysis support, and provide the highest level of local technical service to customers. Prepare technical training material and conduct technical trainings for FAE, sales, and channel partners in China.
Qualification:
1. Master, concentration in Power Electronics.
2. Know power devices and power supply topologies and theory. Know some structures of different application.
3. Highly motivated with “can-do” attitude, team work, ownership and able to work with minimum supervision.
4. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to discuss common technical issues in English both verbally and in writing.



3.LED 驱动电源FAE/AE
工作地点：上海/深圳/杭州/中山
岗位职责：
1、协助客户进行方案设计、demo调试和量产问题Debug
2、重要客户的项目设计及电源产品的生产
3、撰写 design guide, application note, 产品介绍等相关技术应用文档
4、协助市场部进行LED电源IC的市场推广和LED电源IC的定义

2、大学本科及以上学历，应用电子技术和电气工程等相关专业毕业
3、扎实的电路理论基础，能熟练应用电路知识设计各种电源方案

4.电源AC-DC FAE
工作地点：深圳Field Applications Engineer – Shenzhen：


Job Description:


This position reports to the Field Sales Manager. The FAE will reside in Shenzhen, China with responsibility to provide customer technical support to OEM manufacturers and power supply manufacturers throughout South China. The FAE should be able to provide PI solution with design report and/or proto board to customer. The FAE will work in close cooperation with the P.I. China Sales and Distributors/Representatives and interface with PI's Application Engineering in San Jose, California.
The FAE will work in a local PI China office lab and must be capable of performing first line technical support at circuit level. The FAE will perform critical measurements for correlation with the PI applications teams in the U.S. The Regional Manager will set work priorities.


Requirements:


BSEE/MSEE with a minimum of three years of switch mode power supply design experience.
Willing to locate in or nearby Shenzhen, China.
Ability to obtain Chinese travel passport and valid entry visa to the U.S.A.
Extensive travel throughout South China including 1-2 annual FAE meetings.
Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese highly desired, moderately fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.
