Job Description
- Design high speed analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits within custom chips for the hard disk drive industry

Job Descriptions:
As a member of the Read Channel team, candidate must be willing to work as an extended member of the design team. Duties will include functional verification of Storage read channel mixed-signal IP. Candidate will be expected to contribute to design and development of System Verilog based verification environment and will be responsible for verification closure of block/chip/system level functions for mixed signal based IP. Experience with System Verilog and functional coverage methodologies is required. Must be willing to follow a disciplined verification methodology and to work closely with a multi-location, international design team. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required.

Job Descriptions:
- This Account manager role is responsible for LSI’s storage business (ASD/RSD) for tier-1 WebCloud customers in North or East China region. It required knowledge and expertise in SSD/Flash, SAS/SATA, RAID, x86 Server, storage, database, distributed application areas for selling LSI’s Flash and SAS storage solution to those tier-1 WebCloud customers like Tencent, Alibaba and Baidu. This role also required strong background and understanding in MDC (Mega Data center) server storage architecture, the key needs and trends in storage area for MDC, and also how to apply flash technologies into MDC to accelerate the storage performance. For all assigned customers and projects, this role is responsible for identifying new business opportunity, arrange the pre-sale supports, close the design win, drive the customer satisfactory, manage the customer relationship and eventually drive and grow the overall LSI sales revenue from the account. This role also needs to define sales plan, provide regular business updates/design win updates and revenue forecast, work with LSI product team and all functional team, to take the lead and be accountable in archiving design win target and sale revenue quota. 1.         Systems Application Engineer –Shenzhen
Job Descriptions:
Provide product support for customers that use LSI’s I/O standard products. Product support involves helping the customer with the initial integration of the I/O standard product and debug of any software or hardware issues that arise. Work with the technical publications group on data manuals, systems engineering notes, and other documentation support. Provide training for customers and the Field Application Engineering organization. Work with the development engineering departments, hardware and software in debugging and supporting new products. Also involves working with silicon and software in a system environment
Job Requirements:
- Considering candidates with BSEE/BSCE. 5+ years of experience required.
- The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of SAS, SCSI and PCI Express. Candidate will have embedded firmware debug experience and posses systems level knowledge. 3.        China OEM Sales Director-Shenzhen/Shanghai/Beijing
Job Descriptions:
- Lead the LSI China OEM Sales Team to develop, drive and execute the strategic and tactical OEM Sales plans/strategies working with business units to achieve planned revenue and design win goals with the result of consistent business growth in LSI OEM like Huawei, ZTE…etc.

As leader of LSI OEM Sales Team, s/he will be responsible for China OEM revenue generation and design win closure. This person must have proven success selling semiconductor technology in the Networking and Storage industry. S/he must have prior management experience at early stage companies and with established technology brands and prior experience of direct engagement with China OEM. Key qualifications and experience required include:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience selling semiconductor solutions and a minimum of 5 years of experience directly engaging with China OEM.
- Previously held senior Sales management positions for fabless or ASIC design companies supporting China OEM.
- Extensive experience in solution selling of Networking and Storage solutions.
- Advanced understanding of IC design and manufacturing, the economics of the markets served, relationships/networking in China OEM, successful track-record of organizational interactions and experience engineering unique solutions.
- Ability to leverage previously established relationships and new relationships with key
decision makers in China OEM.
