 Recruitment & manage a 3-5 analog and mixed-signal design engineers team in Shanghai
 Work with local digital SoC team and US Headquarter teams on:
1. cultural and technical methodology integrations
2. design tool environment setup
3. training of engineering team members hired in Shanghai
4. project definitions and planning
5. project executions
Direct hands-on management of highly technical analog and mixed-signal engineering team
 Managing engineering team for successful execution of a analog and mixed-signal block/IP development

3. Pre-Silicon Verification
4. Post Silicon Validation
5. Production
