1．Field Application Engineer-Beijing

Job Descriptions:Work closely with Sales and customers to provide excellent support of new and existing business, including pre-design win and post design win.

Achieve design wins at customers
Support customers on-site when needed.
Work closely with global technical colleagues (USA, China) to provide backup support.
Track issues and defects and drive to resolution.
Provide quick response to key customer’s request on technical support.
Provide technical training to Sales team and customers.
Job Requirements:
• 6 years+ of experience with Storage controller, Storage system and/or flash solution.
• Knowledge and experience in Firmware/Software, SAS server system, flash solution and datacenter. Oracle Database knowledge or PCIe based flash card/flash solution is a plus.
• Experience supporting storage products eg. SAS processor/Controller/Expander or storage system or webcloud customers
• Broad Network or Storage knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to learn technology quickly
• Very good English communication skills
• Team player, self-motivation
• Communication/Information Systems or EE degree, Masters preferred

2．Senior Technical Marketing Engineer -Beijing

Job Descriptions:
- Run and own proof of concept activities introducing Nytro PCIe flash solutions - Analyze customer requirements and recommend creative architectures and solutions that implement Nytro solutions - Answer technical questions regarding hardware and software on sales calls - Provide constructive feedback to engineering regarding product requirements, support tools, and support methodologies - Provide an effective bridge between end users and LSI’s engineering team - Assist in architecture definition with customers and provide technical support for evaluation and proof of concept projects to reach successful completion - Maintain close contact with engineers and management at customers’ sites, and provide status and new project information to sales and product marketing managers - Debug hardware and/or software problems related to proof of concept evaluations LSI Corporation is a leading provider of innovative silicon, systems and software technologies that enable products which seamlessly bring people, information and digital content together. - Over 7 years experience with 3+ years enterprise solution development experience. BSEE/BSCS or higher. - Willingness to travel over 50% of the time - Understanding of Window/Linux/VMware OS and provide support - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Know how to use performance tools (IOmeter, VDBench, Flex IO, Sysbench, IOZone, IOStat, etc) - Ability to handle and resolve critical customer issues/problems resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction - Strong leadership skills. Drive to succeed, achievement orientation, self-motivation. - Strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and unravel issues before they hit the schedule. - Positive, energetic, persistent and can-do attitude. 3.Segment Technical Expert

Job Descriptions:
Working with tier-1 datacenter customers you will assist LSI in developing strong technical credibility through your knowledge of server, storage and networking knowledge.  You will work with our account teams, CTO office and business units to drive proof-of-concepts, new initiatives and drive requirements into the engineering and business teams.   You will be the technical champion, representing LSI at end-user customers, to assist in activities ranging from pre-sales to new architecture discussions.   Strong knowledge of hardware/software/systems deployed in datacenters is essential for success in this role.
