1.     Drive the sales activities to promote IP product to IC design houses
2.     Work closely with FAE team to get design win
3.     Handle the commercial negotiation

Requirement:
1.     At least 5 years sales experience in IC/IP industry
2.     Good understanding about IC industry and technology trend
3.     Positive, passionate, proactive
4.     Mature, can work under process, willing to take challenge and travel
5.     Technical background in electronics, communication, multimedia preferred
