Position: Senior IC Layout Engineer(Power ic)
Location: Nan Tong（南通）
Job Responsibilities
1 Layout floor planning, physical layout, routing, and verification including DRC, LVS;
2 Layout techniques to improve circuit performance;
3 Work with design to define optimal layout solutions, based on design objectives.
Requirements
1 Successful candidates will have 3+ years of experience in analog IC layout.
2 Experience in analog layout skills like: bandgap voltage reference,high current and voltage cells, matching restrictions and ESD restrictions.
3 It will be helpful to be familiar with CDMOS or BCD processes;
4 Familiar with RC extraction
5 Familiar with foundry PDK setup
6 It is a plus if understanding LVS/DRC source code and edit it if necessary
5 Required to be good team player
