主要工作内容：
1. 负责协助产品线经理进行NXP产品推广，完成产品线经理要求的DI和DW，最终达成销售业绩。
2. 对销售部门人员进行新产品新方案的辅导及培训。
3. 具体DI项目管理；
4. 具有研究和分析市场的能力。

关键岗位技能：
专业要求： 电子类，计算机类，通信类等相关专业。

岗位背景经验及专业具体要求：
1. 电子类相关专业，大专以上学历，有2-3年MCU开发经验；
2. 熟悉欧美品牌MCU(8位~32位)产品，熟悉MCU的开发及使用，熟悉NXP MCU产品的使用和开发；
3. 对IC分销有一定了解，具备良好的服务意识； 具备模拟器件市场推广及拓展能力。
4. 具备一定的演讲或演示能力，学习能力强，能够研究市场及客户需求；
5. 具备较强的沟通、谈判能力和团队精神，能够适应出差。
